The Digital Strategist will be responsible for leading and overseeing projects from discovery through delivery, ensuring that client goals and customer experience needs are clearly defined and carried through the project. This will entail defining project success metrics and KPIs, audience discovery and documentation, developing data capture and integration plans that support robust omni-channel customer profiling, insights and reporting, developing and implementing optimization plans and building roadmaps for customers that support both digital transformation and maturity.

The Digital Strategist will help build the strategy department’s client roster, and support the expansion of capabilities and their roll out and adoption within the organization.

The ideal candidate will be a driven, highly-collaborative, self-motivated individual who thrives on setting goals, analyzing data, measuring optimization efforts and campaigns, understanding client’s complex business challenges and making clear, data-driven recommendations to drive KPIs.

Essential Role Responsibilities:

  • Leading discovery workshops to understand client business objective and customer experience goals
  • Building strategic roadmaps that guide clients through digital transformation and maturity
  • Translating strategic requirements for implementation through UX, design and development
  • Developing optimization strategies with the aim of improving efficiency in digital marketing strategies and increasing ROI
  • Providing recommendations for user targeting and segmentation
  • Defining goals to track in analytics systems such as Google Analytics, Sitecore Analytics, and others
  • Defining and implementing measurement and optimization strategies that align with a client’s marketing and business objectives
  • Supporting the growth of the Digital Strategy department

Essential Role Responsibilities:
Required Competencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree; Preferably in Communications, Computer Science, Advertising and Marketing, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience working with website and digital data; content management systems and analytics platforms
  • Strong understanding of user research, web technology concepts and industry trends
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Ability to create and present performance reports to stakeholders and decision makers that incorporate optimization opportunities tailored to client needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency using with Google Suite including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, scanners and filing cabinets.

Position Type/Expected hours of work:

This is a full-time, exempt position. The days and hours of work for our US headquarters are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.


Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected. Some overseas travel may also be necessary.
