As Global Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies and programs to build awareness and generate demand for Brainjocks’ solutions in alignment with business priorities. You will support the brand vision through careful execution of design and messaging across all marketing efforts and markets.


Essential Role Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across channels with the goal of driving attributable leads and revenue -- advertising, search, email, PR, website, social media, etc. Leverage marketing technology including marketing automation and databases to optimize demand generation effectiveness.
  • Create / maintain marketing calendar of planned campaigns and communications.
  • Track and report on campaign results, including spend vs. budget, and make recommendations on future strategies and investment.
  • Lead planning and execution of geographic market expansion.
  • Conduct and share competitive research.
  • Support the Sales team with presentation templates, personalized prospect/client decks in response to specific needs and other sales tools.
  • Develop content and collateral such as product brochures, case studies, white papers, ad copy, videos, webinars, blog posts and more.  
  • Plan and manage Brainjocks’ participation in events, with full oversight and budget accountability.
  • Partner with internal creative resources and manage the work of external vendors when necessary.
  • Assist with updates and content administration.

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or relevant field
  • Seven years of related experience including marketing a software or technical solution
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with marketing automation systems, preferably Pardot, and

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, scanners and filing cabinets.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time, exempt position. The days and hours of work for our US headquarters are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.   


Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected. Some overseas travel may be necessary.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Experience with Content Management Systems and enterprise level websites
  • Agency experience.
